We accept eligible international returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

• All original tags must remain attached.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery through our Returns Portal.

Regular-priced items may be returned for a refund to the original payment method, an exchange, or store credit.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale for refund purposes.

Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit only, provided they meet our return conditions. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for sale merchandise.

What If I Don't Purchase Checkout+?

Checkout+ is completely optional.

Should you choose not to add Checkout+, you will be responsible for the full international return shipping cost, which typically ranges from €50 to €80, depending on your location.

The applicable return shipping fee will be calculated and displayed through our Returns Portal.

For your convenience, the fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit, or charged when you request an exchange.

How to Start an International Return or Exchange

1. Visit our Returns Portal.

2. Enter your order number and email address.

3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on eligibility.

4. Follow the instructions to obtain your international return shipping label.

5. Securely package your items and drop off your return with the designated shipping carrier.

Important: All international returns must be authorized through our Returns Portal before being shipped.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credits

Refunds: Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for processing after receipt.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet our return conditions.

Store Credits: Store credits are issued as electronic Dream Pants gift cards and never expire. They can be used toward a future purchase on our website.
